Digest Format

Digest emails include a summary table:

Example: Daily Alert Digest

12 new matches today

Top matches:
- newfintech.com (Technology, US, Score: 87)
- saashero.io (Technology, US, Score: 72)
- cloudpay.com (Technology, US, Score: 68)

→ View all matches in dashboard

Each domain in the digest links directly to its Domain 360 page in the dashboard.

Team Notifications

On Pro and Enterprise plans, you can configure notifications per team member:

  1. Go to Account → Team
  2. Click a team member's name
  3. Edit their notification preferences
  4. Each member can have different settings

Shared vs. Personal Alerts

  • Shared alerts — Created by the team, notifications go to the configured recipients
  • Personal alerts — Created by an individual, notifications go only to the creator

Unsubscribing from Notifications

Each notification email includes an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it takes you to your notification preferences where you can disable that category.

You can also manage all notification settings from the dashboard at Account → Settings → Notifications.

Critical Notifications

Some notifications cannot be disabled: password changes, security alerts, and billing failures. These are sent for account protection regardless of your preferences.

Troubleshooting

Not receiving emails?

  1. Check your spam folder — CronDB emails come from notifications@crondb.com
  2. Add notifications@crondb.com to your contacts or allowlist
  3. Verify your email address in Account → Settings
  4. Check that notifications are not set to Off for the category

Too many emails?

  1. Switch from Instant to Daily Digest for high-volume alerts
  2. Tighten your alert filters to reduce matches
  3. Use webhooks instead of email for high-frequency events
