What Are Sequences?

A sequence is an ordered series of steps that execute automatically over time. For example:

  1. Day 1 — Send an introductory email
  2. Day 3 — Follow up with a LinkedIn connection request
  3. Day 5 — Send a second email with a case study
  4. Day 8 — Manual task: call the prospect
  5. Day 12 — Final email with a meeting link

Each step can have conditions, delays, and personalization. Prospects exit the sequence when they reply, book a meeting, or opt out.

Would you be open to a quick chat?

Step 2: Delay (3 days)

Step 3: Follow-Up Email (Day 3)

Subject: Re: Quick question about {{company}}

Just bumping this to the top of your inbox. I'd love to learn
